Frequently asked questions

Do my guests need an app?

No. Scanning a QR code with the phone camera is enough – the photo page opens right in the browser, on iPhone and Android.

How do guests find their own photos?

Each person or group scans their own QR code before the photo. All photos after that land on their personal page automatically. If you like, there is also a shared event gallery.

What does Live cost?

That depends on your event: duration, number of guests, extras and whether your guests buy their photos themselves or you give them away. Send me the key details and you will receive a no-obligation quote.

What about privacy?

I only photograph people who want to be photographed. There is no face recognition, the photos are stored on my own server in Austria, and photos that are not bought are deleted after three months at the latest. Details in the privacy policy.

What do I need to provide on site?

Nothing. Live is a mobile service: I move among your guests with camera and tablet, no fixed stand or photo booth corner needed. I bring all the technology, including the internet connection.

Do I as the organiser get all the photos too?

Yes, if you like you also get all photos in your online gallery, including usage rights for website, social media and press.
